We deal in the packaging of rice, grains, pulses, spices, animal food, fertilizers, chemicals, powder and granules, flour, sugar, wall putty, and more. All products are subject to availability and specifications as per your confirmed order.

3. Order & Payment

• All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or official document).
• Payments should be made as per agreed terms (advance or part-payment).
• Delay in payment may lead to order delay or cancellation.
• GTPackers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery time is estimated and may vary based on order size and location.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party transport or natural events.
• Once the product is dispatched, the risk transfers to the buyer.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect items.
• The complaint must be raised within 3 working days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in original condition.
• Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the buyer unless it is our mistake.

6. Custom Orders

• For customized or printed packaging, the design must be approved in writing.
• Minor differences in color or finish may occur due to printing processes.
• Once printed, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.
